Cooking, entertaining and just hanging out was the focus for our design in this townhouse project. We wanted to take advantage of the natural light and incorporate colour with a soft blue island. The hardware was brushed gold and mixed with a chrome two-hole faucet. The client’s favorite part about the kitchen is the amount of drawer space, cookbook storage and large pantry. Under the beautiful bay windows is a large banquette with extra pillows and soft cushion and can be used for almost any activity. The bench has hidden storage as well as a large ‘lift up’ storage area for larger items. The kitchen opens to a bright living and dining room.
